Order Processing & Acceptance

All product orders placed through our website or other means are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or reject any order, or to notify the buyer of our inability to process an order for any reason.

Order acknowledgments may be sent via email or other forms of communication (e.g., phone, fax, or in person). Please note that an acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We do not reserve or allocate products until full payment has been confirmed via bank transfer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete.

Order fulfillment is subject to product availability, successful payment, and verification of other key information, such as the shipping address and payment method.

While we strive to keep our website accurate and up to date, pricing or product description errors may occasionally occur. If an error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you with the corrected information before accepting the order. You will then have the option to either confirm the revised order or cancel it.

If we are unable to reach you within seven (7) working days, the order will be canceled, and a notification will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received. The order will then be dispatched via the selected shipping provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled by the customer only while the cancellation button is active. Once the cancellation option is no longer available, the order cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded without prior approval from AKA Wireless.

Once the order has been shipped, our Warranty & Return Policy will apply.


Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Method: Bank Transfer Only

All payments must be made via bank transfer for faster and smoother processing.

We also support bank transferfor select countries, including:

  • Russia

  • European countries

Please note:

  • Payments such as overseas bank cheques, or non-approved methods are not accepted.

  • AKA Wireless is not responsible for payments made using unapproved methods.

Local Payment Solutions

For customers in Russia and Brazil, we offer dedicated local payment options at checkout.

We reserve the right to decline a payment or request an alternative method at our discretion for security reasons.


Taxes & Import Fees

Prices displayed on our website are shown in your selected currency and include VAT, duties, and applicable import fees

These charges are levied by your local customs authorities and are not collected by AKA Wireless.

If preferred, you may instruct us to:

  • Lower the invoice value

  • Mark the package as a gift

This may help reduce or eliminate customs charges in some countries. However, this is done at your own risk and may not guarantee exemption from duties or taxes.


Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver orders promptly, but please allow 3 to 6 business days for delivery. While we work with reliable courier services, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to third-party handling.

A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please monitor your shipment using the tracking details provided.

Shipping times are subject to:

  • Stock availability

  • Verification of payment

  • Accurate shipping information

Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, our system will send a Shipping Confirmation Email to your registered email address.

Shipping & Address Policy

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is confirmed.

  • Our responsibility ends when the order is dispatched to the shipping provider at the address provided by the customer.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost packages during transit

  • Delays caused by the shipping company

  • Damage caused in transit

However, we will make every effort to assist you and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by a damage declaration from the delivery company. This is essential for us to take appropriate action.
