Delivery Policy (Update)

• Due to the high value of our products, all orders are shipped exclusively via trusted courier partners.

• A signature upon delivery is required; therefore, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Damages & Warranty

• In the event of transit damage, buyers are entitled to return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

• AKA Wireless will cover both the return shipping costs and the cost of delivering a replacement.

• Beyond the initial 14-day period, and up to 12 months from the date of purchase, products remain covered under our standard warranty.

• To make a warranty claim, customers must send the faulty product along with the relevant documents to our office.

• All warranty claims will be evaluated and validated before repair services are arranged.

Returns – Change of Mind

• Within 7 days of receipt, products may be returned if you simply change your mind.

• Returned items must be in as-new condition, with the original packaging unopened and all documentation included.

• A 30% restocking fee will be applied in these cases.

• If the product is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge additional costs to restore it.

• Return requests will only be processed after the parcel has been received by the customer.

• Returns and refunds are not applicable in cases of:

  • Customer refusal or failure to receive the order

  • Forced abandonment of the parcel by courier or customs due to non-delivery
